Hello friends, after a few days without time to publish I return with a publication on medicinal plants. As many of you will know, most plants have very diverse uses, some of them can even help to cure certain ailments from day to day, these plants and flowers not only dazzle us for their beauty and aromas, but also; they can cure us.


Daisy

The daisy is a very typical flower that abounds in all places and is well known by all, what most of us do not know are its healing properties. Among many of its uses we find the following properties:

  1. Healing effect using it directly on the wound as an infusion.
  2. Purgative and antispasmodic by ingesting tea.
  3. Diuretic, (elimination of water and electrolytes from the body through urine).
  4. Help control blood pressure. The most used parts for these healing treatments are the leaves, roots and flowers.

Foxglove

  1. Among the active compounds of foxglove are glycosides, which are found in leaves and seeds; These compounds help heart failure by stimulating tissues and the muscles of the heart.
  2. Helps to heal burns and wounds using it topically; they make ointments with it, since it is good at preserving and replenishing damaged cells.
  3. Combat kidney problems by helping blood circulation in them, in addition to increasing the flow of urine so that this plant is diuretic.
  4. It is also used to treat asthma, headaches, epilepsy, constipation and tuberculosis. It is important to emphasize that ** It is not recommended to use this plant as a home remedy; It is only sold as homeopathic medicine because it is supplied in adequate amounts due to its high level of toxicity **

Dandelion

The dandelion is another plant that offers us various medicinal uses, although for many this is considered a bad herb. Here are some of its medicinal uses:

  1. It is a depurative plant, appropriate to clean the organism of toxicities.
  2. It is used to prevent the appearance of kidney stones.
  3. Excellent as a digestive tonic, constipation or alcohol hangover.

Rose canina

The rose canina or wild rose, proves to be a plant with many medicinal uses:

  1. Effective to treat flu and colds this is thanks to its fruits called cinorrodones that are effective against it.
  2. It treats gastrointestinal problems (diarrhea) using its fruits equably.
  3. Burns and pharyngitis using their leaves for this.

Wild saffron

Wild saffron or false saffron, which has nothing to do with the saffron we know and use in our meals. It is a plant used in medicine here are some of its properties:

  1. It is a great anti-inflammatory.
  2. Helps treat asthma, arthritis and kidney conditions
  3. For several centuries it has been used against gout.
    It should be noted that its misuse can cause vomiting and diarrhea, so we must be very careful with the doses when used.

Ficaria verna

  1. It helps to improve ulcers because it is a good scar.
  2. It has vasoconstrictor properties (decrease in diameter in blood cases) so it is recommended to treat cases of hemorrhoids by applying it topically.
  3. It is effective to treat gastrointestinal cases specifically combat diarrhea.
  4. It is an effective facial cleanser; removes impurities, applying it as a local infusion. 5-Great detoxifier cleanses and cleanses the body
  5. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory effect it helps fight cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) and urethritis (inflammation of the urine ducts).
