I have a problem. Somebody downvoted my contests every time just before the payment with no explanation. I moved my contest to @mapleleaf123 (we are married...) in order to save it and now he is downvoting it there too. I don't know what to do, but all my work was for nothing.
Can I do something about it?

No, there is no blocking mechanism in steemit.
