「DIY系列」酸奶蛋糕
今天给大家分享一款超级简单的蛋糕，虽然春节即将来临又刚好出现个新型肺炎，导致很多人不敢在外面吃东西甚至不敢点外卖，这款酸奶蛋糕正好可以派上用场。
准备材料如下：
鸡蛋 2个
酸奶 200克
玉米淀粉 12克
少许玉米油
Step 1
将两个鸡蛋打入容器中，再加入酸奶，搅拌均匀；最后加入玉米淀粉再次搅拌。
Step 2
在模具底部刷一层薄薄的玉米油（以便脱模），倒入搅拌好的面糊。
Step 3
放入提前预热的烤箱中，上下火190度，烤40分钟即可。
出炉啦！ 整个味道很香浓，尝起来软糯香甜，很赞！大家不妨家试一下呢~
