Really like your ideas. The barn looks big enough to convert to several smaller places. One could pay for the build out of the next etc. 17 acres leaves a lot of room for all kinds of potential. The important point is that you find ways to make it safe for those you love and want to join you if need be. Great post. 🐓🐓
