Vectors lesson 10 - alternative notation, vector joining 2 points on Cartesian plane

In this lesson we talk about a different kind of notation for vectors using angle brackets (not curly brackets because that would be specifying a point not a vector). We then talk about a quick way to find a vector joining any 2 points on the Cartesian plane.
