Caffe Diem - Alor Setar
Cafe is really a major trend in City areas from Malaysia such as Kuala Lumpur. Even though I am back to my hometown, still it cannot stop me from my coffee cravings, hahaha.
There is a cafe in Alor Setar called Caffe Diem. The design of this place is quite old school I must say. They even bought 4 shop lots just to combine into one, that means it's very spacious and cooling as well.
The shop lot consists of second floor as well, so 4 shop lots with all of them combined, imagine how big it is.
Tiramisu walnut cake, my boyfriend's favorite, mine too. This costs about near RM15 if I remembered correctly, slightly cheaper than city areas for about few bucks!
Cappuccino, ordered by the other friend or third wheeler. Judging from the picture looks like the cream has been professionally done by staff.
It looks like Teh Ais on the left and Milo Ais on the right isn't it? Actually it is Iced Latte on the left and Iced Chocolate on the right, more on the chocolate taste than a regular milo.
Apart from drinks and cakes there are many other types of food as well which soon I must explore the next time I'm going back to this place again. Definitely will come here for chilling / working computer sessions. I'll give this place a rating of 7/10. Alor Setar is a hot place, so this place is the best place to chill yourselves out.
