Acts 1

⁹ After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

¹⁰ They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. ¹¹ “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.” Bible Source

"This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven!"

There is the second coming of Christ, and one of these days it will happen. The first coming was two thousand years ago when Jesus was born into this world as a child. His main purpose for coming the first time was to die as a sacrificial lamb for our sins so that we will be saved. But the second coming of Jesus Christ will be for a different reason, He will come the second time to rapture those who are ready.

This is what the Bible says about the second coming of Jesus Christ :

Matthew 24

. ⁴⁰ Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. ⁴¹ Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.

⁴² “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. Bible Source

Jesus said we should be ready!

 

HOW CAN I BE READY? WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE IT WHEN JESUS COMES BACK?

Ecclesiastes 9

8 Let your garments be always white. Let not oil be lacking on your head. Bible Source

Two things that are Paramount in these last days: Let your garment always be white and Let your head lack no oil.

Revelation 19

(Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of God’s holy people.)

⁹ Then the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” And he added, “These are the true words of God.” Bible Source

These are the two things we should be striving to maintain these last days. It's not going to be easy by our ability but by God's grace. Remember Jesus said, Let us strive to enter through the narrow gate for narrow is the way that leads to life.

The Two things that will guarantee that we will make it when Jesus comes is that we live in Holiness and that our zeal or love for God doesn't fade away. Remember the parable of the TEN VIRGINS, the foolish ones weren't saved because they had no oil in their lamb.

Let us by oil while there is still time! Let us put on our white garment while there is still time!

Now as a human being, you may fall into sin sometimes, and whenever that happens, get up and ask God for forgiveness and repent. It is God's desire that we all get saved at the very end.

 

Say this prayer.

Pray this prayer and mean it with your whole heart.

Lord we pray that you revive each one of us again. Pour a new love in our hearts again, circumcise our hearts today. Father, set me on fire for you in these last days.
Give me oil in my lamp; keep me burning. I want to be among those that carry the anointing for the last days.
Give me the baptism of fire to lead a victorious life.
Give me the hunger and passion for righteousness, and souls.
