Your body is adapting from your previous interval training buddy, u are getting there. Let see hows ur body performance tomorrow. To run more comfy, check out ur shoes worned out pattern. Is it worned inside or outside of the heel. Because shoes is crucial for injury free training.😊

Abuse, hardly. As long we don't use an indoor shoe for outdoor or the base will break in less than 1km. Totalled my first pair of KSO. The running shoe despite soft, really can't wear indoor or the floor is going to suffer.
