Lemon Chicken Breasts On Watercress
Last week, I tried out a new recipe that I found through reading some cooking book and feel like sharing out with my fellow readers and steemians out there.
Here are some ingredients to prepare,
- Skinless, boneless chicken breast
- Lemons
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Coarsely ground black pepper
- Watercress
500 Grams of skinless boneless chicken breast
One Lemon (Not going to use it all)
One tablespoon of Olive Oil
Salts
1/4 Teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper
Watercress about three or four
Prepare a medium bowl for the dressing, grate 1 1/2 tablespoon of lemon peel and squeeze 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Let whisk the lemon peel and juice, add the one 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salts, and lastly the coarse black pepper until blended. Next, reserve about 1/4 of the dressing. Take a big bowl, toss the Skinless, boneless chicken breast and mix with the dressing prepared earlier.
Heated up your grilling pan over medium to high heat and start to grill the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes until the chicken becomes slightly golden.
Meanwhile, prepare 800 ml water and boil it together with the watercress for 5 minutes and took the watercress, place it at the place. After that, pour the remaining dressing into the watercress and put the grilled chicken on top of the watercress.
Overall, prepare + cooking you need about 20 - 25 minutes. As this is my first time to try this recipe, I used about 30 minutes to prepared until done. Hope you like the recipe I showed you and if you try it, please let me know in the comment section below.
