I Want to Invest in Real Estate and Earn Money

Recently, I've discovered a real estate website that offers affordable houses and lots. The name and URL of the website is bellavita.ph. I learned it from the blog of Sir Fitz Villafuerte.

I am interested in it due to I want to invest in the real estate industry. The cost per house and lot is so affordable and budget-friendly. Besides, you have lots of location to choose from. But the problem is I don't have an active or steady income right now. In other words, I don't have a stable job. I will need more or less 500k for the whole property.

My goal why I want to add it in my portfolio is because I dream someday to collect a monthly rental income. I imagine and see myself someday that I have a property of my own. Though we have our own house and pay separate pre-selling condo (me and my sister) that is on-going. Besides, the value of land keeps on appreciating as the years go by.

Anyway, I think after our Hong Kong trip, I need to look for a job in order to attain this dream and at the same time, continuously pay our monthly dues. Electricity, water, and internet bills. Aside from those, we have monthly expenses too. Though I have a freelancing gig, the income I earn from it is not enough for all the bills and expenses.

Let's see if it improves and exceeds my expectation. If it is, then I'll stick with it and make it as my full-time job. If not, I'll go back to the corporate world and save up for & refill my emergency fund.
