Oxtail reminds me of my 21st birthday. My dad made Oxtail in the slowcooker for 50 guests. He started about 1 month before and made it in batches that he had to freeze. We ran out of space in our freezer and had to ask neighbours in our complex to store some for us.
The party was a hit and it was totally delicious. The things parents do for their kids hey.
That was quite a feat! Yip, the things parents do for their children. I insisted on a garden party. My father (very happily, I hasten to add), made litres of sangria and my mother made canapes and heaven knows what, for days. That, too, was such fun. Thanks for reminding me, @gholsa
