I've never thought of my creed in the way you just did. Obviously, I believe in the Messiah and the Bible. Actually, I once did a really interesting exercise. You had to pick 5 words to describe yourself. Then you had to narrow it down to 3 and finally, you had to narrow it down to one. It reveals a lot about a person what that one word is. It can even reveal things to yourself. It did to me, it showed me who I really was. I had words such as wife and mum in the running, but the one word that was left in the end was Christ-follower.
So in a way, I guess that's my creed, but more in the first sense of the word than the second, although they intertwine.
