Morning was kinda worrying. Super cloudy until the whole park turned dark, like evening turning dark. Weekend is a must for walk/sprint. Since I had good rest the day before, decided today take up a challenge to run. But then again, my GPS gone kuku on the main app I use to record everything include warm up, routine runs and routine walks. That thing shows me my speed were Mach9, speed slightly slower than an orbiter?
今天早上实在是让我担心了。太阳刚刚升起就看到原来已经乌云盖顶,天色阴暗到好像傍晚一样。周末是我非出去竞走/散步跑步的时候。既然昨天没有跑,今天决定跑一趟。可惜是,卫星系统又来搞事了,测量出来的结果竟然是超音速9倍。还差一点就可以追得上穿梭机了。

It was a WOW moment when I met these bugs by the road side. They're convoy for a meet up with fellow bug owner. One of them stepped out of the vehicle and asked me the direction for the car park, and all I gotta do is direct them to make a u turn infront and they're in good hand.
今早上最与众不同的是大清早看到了一批甲虫车来到这里停在路边。看样子是来出席展览的,可是却找不到地方吧?然后反正我的跑步在间休,所以就跟车主们聊一下,顺便叫他们到前面去绕过条路U个转就找到停车场了。

Since the overall record were messed up, so gotta settle with this one. SETH is the first training routine on sprint. 100meters x 4 with 2minutes interval break, and follow up with 200mteres x 2 with 3 minutes break. Total distance coverage should be around 5.5km as usual, and I managed to get out of parking within 60 minutes. So I think I'm doing fine.本来是有另外一个应用程式可以记录我所有活动的,可是今天卫星也是撒了一娇,结果记录都不能用了。今天就用间断跑步的应用程式,其中一个教练程式叫 SETH,是当中最简单的一项,可是却可以让我喘不过气了。也由于怕下大雨,所以一直加快脚步。然后到家了,居然一滴雨都没看大。顺便给朋友们交代一下,除了搞怪,我还是很搞怪滴,就送一张搞怪照骗给大家看看吧。至于跑步,我一定会用我最喜欢的Vibram五指鞋。
