Thought Process of How I Made the $500

Anyway, in this post, I want to share with you some of my thought processes when I was presented with the great opportunity yesterday.
Initially, when the customer asked me if I accept students for Instagram marketing...
I was stunned momentarily.
Because I don't have any students.
But nevertheless, I said "yes i do accept students"
To be honest, I have zero clue on how to teach someone Instagram Marketing, all I have been doing is to utilize my Instagram Marketing Skills for my existing clients and that's all.
On top of that, I did not know what price to charge. Therefore, instead of quoting him a random price, I asked him to list out his budget. He mentioned $300-$600. Logically, I packaged something that has $500 worth and quoted him that price since he had a maximum budget of $600. To my surprise, he agreed.
Instinctively, I went to Udemy.com and attended a couple of Instagram Marketing classes for a crash course. It's definitely not to learn whatever they had to offer but more of, to learn the structure of their lessons and how they impart the necessary knowledge.
Once I was confident, I began to write my ebook and right now I am 80% done with it.
If this student of mine is able to give me constructive feedback to improve and learns well from me, it could potentially lead to another stream of revenue for me! I am extremely excited to see how it will work out!
This is exactly how opportunities lead to more opportunities!
Moral of the story:
- It's absolutely alright if you have zero knowledge because you can always learn. Just be willing to learn.
- Do not REFUSE opportunities. (I can't emphasize how important this is.)
- Opportunities are for people who are ready to seize it.
