Google Play Bans MetaMask
Google Play has announced the banning of Metamask, the Ethereum based wallet serving as a decentralized app from the Google Play Store. Metamask made it easier for gamers and other cryptocurrency users to use the Ethereum based blockchain.
The announcement which was made on Twitter indicated that the reason for the ban was a violation in the terms of service concerning crypto mining. MetaMask has denied that mining was taking place, but an appeal to Google's decision seems unlikely.
