Vegan meals @ Singapore Ang Mo Kio: Zhenyi Veggie Restaurant (真一素食坊)

Happy Thursday!
Tomorrow is Friday, a wonderful day for working staffs. Therefore I would like to share with you some nice vegan meals which I have spotted in Singapore Ang Mo Kio. The vegan restaurant is called Zhenyi Veggie Restaurant. Below are some vegan meals I had tried:
大家好。。
星期四了，明天就是星期五，对每个上班族是最开心的一天。今天我想和你们分享一家很不错的素食餐厅，那是位于新加坡宏茂桥的真一素食坊。下面是我们点的素食餐：
Claypot veggie yee mee soup. The soup is taste good and vegetables are very fresh.
素砂锅蔬菜伊面。汤头好，蔬菜新鲜。
Spicy fried green beans. It’s good match if taking it with rice.
沙茶香辣四季豆。和饭一起吃很棒！
Vegan Aglio Olio Spaghetti. Taste so so only.
香蒜蔬菜橄榄油意大利面。味道一般。
Baked spicy eggplant. Too oily for me :P
香辣烤茄子。太油腻了，要和厨房沟通一下，少油一些。
The restaurant external view. It’s located at Blk 128, Ang Mo Kio Ave 3.

speaking of Vegetarian and Vegan, you should try checking this (future mega) Steemian out. @heart-to-heart . She some times comes to KL for shopping; currently stays in Bali.

哈哈。。这家的素食很不错, 吃了还想去。
That's the very thing about egg plants / brinjal. You will need oil to really get it soft. I love it when it is oiled but as you have said, it can be a little too oily. I am just wondering how to do that with less oil; but in the end I would choose to eat this dish lesser.
It's rather interesting that the place you have introduced is more to Eastern, and yet there is an Aglio Olio spaghetti introduced into the mix.
I have stayed in Singapore for a very brief moment (nearer to Beach Road area) but never get to venture into Ang Mo Kio.
(Aglio Olio is supposed to be bland especially when you do not have Parmesan cheese in the mix added with a tiny bit of dried chili flakes haha... Does yours have both of them?)

Hi @littlenewthings thanks for dropping by. Yes, no added cheese and chili, taste so so only. But their vegetables are very fresh. Normally vegetarian restaurant good on cooking vege.
