The winklevosses made a new patent for storing secure digital assets. This is a pretty big deal because it is one of the main things stopping large institutional investors from coming into the space. I think this is a big prerequisite for the ETF.

Whichever platform is able to secure the ETF will need to be sure that they are in fully good hands when it comes to securing the BTC that is required for an ETF. Thats why this is so substantial.
