Great post! I it looks delicious! Very cool that you did it on the grill. With such a fatty cut that can cause problems sometimes. I really enjoyed reading your post!
Thanks buddy. You should see the banana leaf spread called the boodle fight. All sorts of food seafood, more grilled food and vegetables laid on the banana leaf. Every one just digs in.
Does it taste like banana though? I am not a fan of banana flavored things :) It sounds interesting though!
Don't worry the leaf doesn't taste like a banana lol. It gives like a fresh scent once you place hot food on it. Another thing no need to wash dishes hahaha.
