孕期和哺乳期都是容易出现缺铁性贫血的时期。
首先,还是建议饮食中更多摄入富含铁的食物,尤其是动物性食物,
如内脏、牛肉等。确定需要补充铁剂,
首选口服,除非反应强烈,才选择注射剂型。
为了减少胃肠道反应以及促进吸收,补铁时应从小量开始,再逐渐加量。
补铁期间,要注意饮食搭配以促进吸收。
