Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger

Dear General Kelly:
Please accept Brief 262 from Field McConnell – United States Marine Corps whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – wherein he and his colleagues at Abel Danger have decided to launch a series of franchised crowd-funded lawsuits on behalf of plaintiffs in various injured communities for what appear to be wrongful deaths associated with the negligent, reckless, wilful and/or fraudulent use of patented devices by Serco shareholders allegedly operating out of a virtual office in Trump Tower with colleagues of the late chemical-warfare expert Victor Rothschild at N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd., the investment banker for Serco, HM Queen Elizabeth II and U.S. President Donald Trump.
AD believes that Rothschild bankers and Serco shareholders including the British Government and its funds, tasked Nicholas and Rupert Soames, two of Winston Churchill's grandsons, with transferring the private keys for 'Churchill's Toyshop' – a British weapon R&D organisation of WWII – to Con Air SWAT team commanders of the federal bridge certification authority (FBCA) who apparently used Boeing Co's Encryption for asymmetric data links US7023996B2 Priority date 2001-05-04, and Jerome H. Lemelson's submarine patents for [Con Air] Prisoner tracking and warning system and corresponding methods US6054928A to execute and conceal the serial killing of up to 60 predominantly-First Nations prostitutes at BC pig farm raves hosted by the Piggy Palace Good Time Society between 1996 and 2002.
AD believes that Rothschild bankers and Serco shareholders set up Starnet Communications in Vancouver in 1996 to trade images of child pornography, S&M oath rituals and online gaming where pig farm guests allegedly watched victims being shot with ammo derived from submarine patents published as Darren Rubin's Biological active bullets, systems, and methods US9200877B1 and bet on the victims' time to die with Howard Lutnick's Real-time interactive wagering on event outcomes CA 2460367 A.
AD believes that Serco is using the Trump Tower virtual office and Boeing Co's encrypted data links developed by Serco's former Boeing Phantom Works director Dr. Pamela Drew, to conceal SWAT team crimes from US President Trump while exploiting patented devices assigned to the late Jerome "Jerry" Hal Lemelson including the Con Air tracking system and elements of sex, lies and videotape recorders to inject fake news and media plays into sabotage, assassination, ethnic-cleansing and mass-casualty events.
AD believes that Serco shareholders hired Oliver "Buck" Revell, former FBI Executive Assistant Director - Investigations (SES-6) to work with the UK's National Crime Squad (NCS) to set up witnesses as Facebook patsies with submarine derivatives of the US Air Force's Autonomous face recognition machine US5012522A and use QinetiQ North America Inc's Social Engineering Protection Appliance US9123027B2 to replace physical truth (actus rea) from crime scene investigations with fake news.
Abel Danger plans to work with crowd-funded film producers and lawyers representing the interests of the injured communities so that while the claim for damages for wrongful deaths are developed the courts with jurisdiction, the physical acts which caused the deaths (actus reus) and are associated with the negligent, reckless, wilful and/or fraudulent use of patented devices, can be communicated to the general public without any attempt to prove a mental intent to do a particular crime (mens rea).
We plan to help injured communities coordinate the production of crowd-funded docu-dramas showing the physical acts associated with the use of patented devices believed to have caused wrongful deaths with the development of class-action lawsuit claims for damages associated with those wrongful deaths in respect of the pig farm raves and the following events:
1. The attack on Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland on 21 December 1988 which generated a body count of 270 = 243 passengers + 16 crew + 11 people on the ground after Buck Revell, then the FBI Director's deputy in charge of Criminal Investigative, Counter-Terrorism and Counter-Intelligence activities and possibly warned by Serco's UK government shareholder or the Con Air founder and Field McConnell's sister Kristine Marcy, had pulled his son and daughter-in-law off the tarmac just before takeoff from London's Heathrow airport at 18:25 hours and a detonation signal appears to have been transmitted at 19:02:50 to a Unabomb-style device via the Boeing Company's Intervention flight management system US4811230A.
2. Deaths of nearly 3,000 people in New York City's WTC Twin Towers on 9/11 when incendiary devices, allegedly installed in the WTC elevator shafts by the ACE [Con Air?] Elevator mechanics who 'scattered like cockroaches' as the towers collapsed, were apparently ignited by sparking Alcoa Architectural Products Sas's Double sheet aluminum panel and method for manufacture thereof US20160096343A1 with FMC Corp's SCR firing circuit for high voltage control applications US14873556.
3. 125 people killed in the Pentagon's U.S. Navy Command Center on 9/11 when Boeing Phantom Works executive Dr. Pamela Drew and Serco protégé Base One Technologies allegedly guided a Lockheed Martin Rocket-boosted guided hard target penetrator US6276277B1 into the building and ignited explosives after target penetration.
With this the 262nd Kelly public briefing, we believe we can help the Trump Administration to strip Serco, Con Air and the Senior Executive Service out of any contracts with the United States and help you complete the job which you presumably started as Secretary of Homeland Security including the location and disposal of 1.4 billion rounds of biological bullets!
