GOD EXISTS

In college, one of our professors boasted of having made many of his students doubt about the faith and the existence of God. Apparently he was very happy to be an atheist and to confuse some students with his reasoning. From time to time he showed some resentment towards "a God that does not exist". : D He told us, in a mocking tone: "I did not tell them to leave their religion, I just asked them the right questions, and they decided". You should have seen the smile of satisfaction of that "enlightened and profound" defender of the ideas of Jean Paul Sartre and Friedrich Nietzsche.

I always say, the atheist has no scientific thought, he has limited thinking. Because, limiting God to time and space, which we barely know, to deny his existence, is like trying to see the craters of the moon with a microscope. God did not need a sun or a moon to illuminate everything from the first day; God is light. Furthermore, "Because He said, and it was done, He commanded, and it was" (Ps 33: 9). He said: "Let there be light and light was made". The great luminaries such as the sun, the moon and the stars were created on the fourth day to complement the elemental light.

To talk about a creator God, some say, is a simple way to escape from what we can not explain. And it is true, for a normal believer it is impossible to describe how God united atoms and particles in the universe; God did not stop to explain how. It would also be stupid to ask him that. If He has us head-down with the little information we have in the Bible, imagine ... We must accept that there are things that our finite mind will never understand. Jesus said to a synagogue leader: "If I have told you earthly things, and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you the heavenly things?" Man can spend centuries studying cosmology, astrophysics, quantum physics, saying that everything originated about 13,730 ± 120 million years ago with a big bang; quote Edwin Hubble, George Lemaitre and Albert Einstein, and never give an answer that explains the magnificence of a design as perfect as that of our universe.
