Super informative update. There's a lot of info in there. One thing that stood out to me is the point about needing to upvote 0.02c to receive any monetary benefit, and the fact that it doesn't get a lot of discussion. I've certainly figured that out, but not through any obvious explanation.

The bottom line for curation rewards is that they are based on the amount of upvote. A zero cent upvote is a moral victory, but does nothing in terms of STEEM or SBD rewards for either the giver or the receiver. Being someone who is working on understanding how it all works, I found that fact to be important and not at all obvious when I came across it.

I'm glad you pointed it out here, as it was one of those "I wish someone had told me" moments for me. That, and the 15 SP delegation clawback. They both make perfect sense once you think through it, but it's not at all obvious.
