Thanks! Yes, I've got a couple friends who fast intermittently, but not regularly. I'm definitely curious about the health benefits, but have not had the time to really delve into the research. I guess my point was more about the healthy fats and fermented foods and since breakfast has always my favorite meal, that was my pick. That being said, we do eat fairly late, 9-10 ish, so almost a brunch. However I've noticed I feel much better when I eat less starches at dinner. Thanks so much for stopping by.

So I was talking with a friend of mine yesterday who had hit a plateau in her fitness journey and she started eating with Keto in mind and is having fabulous results! I'm starting to look into it myself! Thanks for mentioning it here!
