The authors' rewards and Curation Reward for steem are proportional to the square of the steempower of the referrer.
A person with a 100 steempower has 10 times more steempower than a person with 10 steam power, but it receives 9.09 times more reward than the one with 10 steempower.
So, small users of steempower are being deprived of their reward for their recommendation by many steempower users.
Is this compensation fair?
