Support SteemPh.Cebu's World Food Day event this weekend Oct 15 2017.
This Sunday October 15 2017, @SteemPh.Cebu, in line with the celebration of World Food Day will be hosting a community event to feed 150 less fortunate children in Metro Cebu, Philippines.
It its amazing initiative to take on as their first event and I urge everyone to help in anyway they can and be a part of the Steemit Philippines Family and this wonderful day of giving.
When & Where?
Date: October 15, 2017 (Sunday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 nn.
Venue: Mandaue City Reclamation Area, Metro Cebu, Philippines (Settlers inside CICC)
To volunteers: Anyone can join, Steemit or Non-Steemit users | Bring your own Food
What to bring: You can donate goods, clothes, toys, or anything our children can use.
What will be provided?
PACKED-LUNCH
Cost per packed-lunch:
P70.00 (1.4 SBD) x 150 pcs. = P10,500.00 (210 SBD)
Inside a packed-lunch will be :
Rice (1/2 cups)
1 Dry Pork-chop
2 Lumpia
Bihon
They are also aiming to supply 150 Slippers. 53 slippers already graciously donated by @itinerantph leaving 97 left to purchase.
1 pair of Child Slipper : P35.00 (approx.) = $0.70 each.
0.7 x 97 = $67.90 (Approx. around 70 SBD)
