Community Thursday with @SteemPh
Greetings to all the lovely communities!
It is an honor to welcome you to SteemPh’s Community Thursday.
What’s up, everyone? I hope that you are having a great time! Reading your masterpiece is like painting my days with rainbows, thank you for spreading the love and care in every corner of the world. You are living proof that life is beautiful and humans are not bad at all. We are capable of doing something good and sharing what we have despite the personal problems that each of us are facing. Be grateful, be strong, and keep on moving forward!
Here are the simple guidelines for curation:
- Minimum 300 words or 3 stanzas.
- Minimum 2 pictures. Must be credited if not original.
- Must be at least 90% original content with sources clearly credited. 100% Original content preferred.
- With the exceptions of Tuesday Community Competitions & Thursday Community Outreach Day. All posts must be tagged #SteemPh to be eligible for curation.
- Posts must not be more than 4 days old.
We will be curating SteemPh wide across all the hubs and using @SteemPh.Trail to upvote suitable posts. If a post already received an upvote from the trail, it cannot receive another.
But wait, there’s good news!
Since my column is about the Community Outreach, everybody has the chance to be featured. What does it mean? I have the privilege to choose from other countries aside from my very own motherland (which is the Philippines).
Another thing is that there’s no required limit on your post payout, so those who already have a high post payout can still have the chance. But of course, we must give way for community posts that are not earning much.
All topics about helping the community and the people are wholeheartedly welcome.
There are no colors, races, and nationalities; we are all God's children. Let’s support one another and never leave each other behind!

For those who have not heard about @walkofhope, or if you already heard of it but doesn’t clearly understand their platform, the main advocacy of their team is to bring Music and Arts to the underprivileged Filipinos in Visayas and Mindanao, culminating in Luzon. Let’s witness the efforts of the people behind this project and be amazed by the wonderful talents of their hands!
From a dumpsite to a thriving community: medical mission done with big love and faith

There’s a saying that health is wealth and I guess most of us will agree on this statement. Unfortunately, it is hard to achieve specially if you are born into a poor family. A simple illness often leads to a serious case because there are families that can’t afford even the cheapest medicine. Big thanks to the golden hearts of these individuals that brought a medical mission to the families who need it the most!

It is said that God knows all of our needs before we even ask Him, and animals are no exemption to this. I believed that the Heaven touches the hearts of these beautiful souls, so that they could bring happiness and comfort to the stray animals to the best of what they can give. In this world full of mean people, there are still good Samaritans who are willing to help and give hope to our little friends!
Humanity still exists. Let’s grab each other’s hands; wonderful things can be achieved.
