10 months ago I was given a chance to attend our National Convention held in Palawan. As a traveller like me, I took the opportunity to visit some beautiful sites in the city. Getting there you need either to ride in a ship or a plane.

The Panaad sa Negros Festival, also called simply as the Panaad Festival (sometimes spelled as Pana-ad), is a festival held annually during the month of April in Bacolod City, the capital of Negros Occidental province in the Philippines. Panaad is the Hiligaynon word for "vow" or "promise"; the festival is a form of thanksgiving to Divine Providence and commemoration of a vow in exchange for a good life. The celebration is held at the Panaad Park, which also houses the Panaad Stadium, and is participated in by the 13 cities and 19 towns of the province. For this reason, the province dubs it the "mother" of all its festivals.

@steemph.negros will be having its first meetups and orientation to educated new and old members of steemit about basic and advance information related to steemit. In this event there are special guest who are invited to share their ideas and knowledge in their expertise. One of our guest is @flabbergast-art who will discuss about charity movements and his advocacy known "walk of hope". In line with our event we are hoping that @jassennessaj the core leader of steemph.cebu will be with us as well (hopefully).
