Bulacan Steemit Meet Up Plan
While am part of @steemph.manila, I am from Bulacan, a province 42 Kilometers north of Manila. I know of a handful Steemians in Bulacan but absolutely have no idea how many there are actually. I have attended quite a few events as part of @steemph, and have always wished we can do an event in my area. I have kept that thought from the start knowing that there is a right time to do it. So I focused on continuous learning from many veteran Steemians, took advantage of guidance from @sndbox and @steemph, ventured into contributing to @utopian-io, accumulated some Steem Power, and kept a portion of my Steemit earnings saved for being able to organize a meetup for Steemians in my locality.
Now it is just a matter of reaching out to the community for potential participants from my area, and putting a plan together. This post was created with those ends in mind. This is part of @steemph's effort to spread the word about how Steemit can help "Build Communities and Enrich Lives".

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Questions and Answers + Future Projects Discussion
We will offer help on account creation with temporary Steem Power delegation (30 Days), with the condition that the sign-ups will be converting their SBDs to Steem Power for a period of 30 days. We would otherwise help them sign up through the normal process and set expectation on wait time for approval.

@dandalion and I mean to shoulder all the expenses for this meet up. We have been setting aside part of our Steemit earnings for this. We will provide snacks for you and your companion from the venue, but because the fund is not unlimited, we plan to limit this to a drink, and pastry/cake of your choice. We are doing this as a way of giving back to this wonderful community and platform. We are very excited to get to meet other Steemians from our area.

@steemitph this is a great way of introducing Steemit to non steemian. And I am glad that a lot of Filipinos like me are joining although I am not there. Keep up the good work!
wow! i didn't know there are steemians from Bulacan :) I'm from Bulacan too. Would like to join but is it okay if I dont have any companion? Would just like to meet other steemians from the area. :)
I know of about 3/4 Steemians from Bulacan. Of course you can join. Are you familiar with the venue? It is near Rocka Village in Plaridel. I would have really preferred that you bring someone that you want to share Steemit to, but if you absolutely can't think of anyone, that's ok. Should I count you in?

Hey @mikel2la1 I am glad you can make it. It's too early for Bulacan. I am still supporting Manila. Once we build a stronger/bigger community we can talk about that. We still are one @steemph community however, and I will continue supporting Manila efforts.
