I find it almost impossible to write a blog on a tablet or a smartphone. And you are right that one must be extra careful on installing any software on Windows, as it could be a malware. And since many people don't use hardware based wallets, but just desktop wallets, a lot of your cryptomoney could be stolen by those malwares. I like the steemit model in the sense that Steem power is frozen, and you slowly get it back in installments when you power down. So, if your steemit account is hacked, at least you have a chance to stop someone draining out your money immediately, by using a recovery option. I know there is one, but I have to learn about it :)
