Plunge in Danao, Bohol is one of the worlds highest canyon swings with 75 meter free fall drop from the top of the 200 meter high cliff. As you hit the end of the rope, youll be swinging over the canyon for about 4-5 minutes before they pull you back up.
Even though I am afraid of heights, I did try the plunge because for me life is either a daring adventure or nothing. As I walk to the plunge area, i had a mixed emotion of excitement at the same time Im scared because of the height. When the rope was released, I had an extreme shout that makes all the negative energy in my body gone away. I was also amazed with the fantastic view while swinging in the canyon. It was really a great adventure, it makes me feel good and believed that I can fly.
