Lovely to read. I totally agree with you. We are all born into this bag of skin and no matter what we do, we are going out in the same bag of skin. So the key is to find happiness within yourself. It's hard work, but if it wasn't then everyone would find happiness easy. It's the 'how' part that has people in a mess.
