Bad Breath? No Way!!!
This is one of the major problem an individual face, must especially young people. Why would youth or young people develop mouth odor or bad breath? It could be they have not been taking care of themselves. I never wanted to write about this, because there are lots of articles and even seminars about the same issue, but now I want to remind youths and oldies about the issue at hand because I was stuck with someone with this same issue.
So I entered the usual bus from ESBS going to HOLYGHOST here in Enugu State, Nigeria. I decided to sit with this beautiful girl, in my mind I was like “see fine bae. As a gentle guy with my well perfumed and oiled beards, I said hello to her and said my name with my eyes locked unto her and I decided to use the Steemit scope to scope the girl. Immediately this girl responded to my hello, I felt like fleeing! Yes you heard me, fleeing; not flying Ooo. If English permits me, I would have fleed out of the bus, if I was the driver, maybe I would have driven into a NEPA pole. It was bad, as the mouth odor oozed out calling my name in agony…sparklez!!! Damn! In that situation, no more too much grammar, I had to nod to everything she said, since am that gentleman and it would be rude not to respond, till I got to my destination. Maybe before she gets to steemit.com, this post would have gone down my list of old post (make she nor come see am, abeg).
According to Mayo Clinic
Bad breath, also called halitosis, can be embarrassing and in some cases may even cause anxiety. It's no wonder that store shelves are overflowing with gum, mints, mouthwashes and other products designed to fight bad breath. But many of these products are only temporary measures because they don't address the cause of the problem.
Bad breath odors vary, depending on the source or the underlying cause. Some people worry too much about their breath even though they have little or no mouth odor, while others have bad breath and don't know it. Because it's difficult to assess how your own breath smells, ask a close friend or relative to confirm your bad-breath questions.
So why do we develop Bad breaths/mouth odor?
Sometimes, it could be what we eat. When we eat either chewing or swallowing, the food is broken down into tiny particles, these particles can be stuck around our teeth, increases bacteria and cause bad breath. In some cases, we eat food that have very strong odor e.g. onions, garlic

When your health is not in order, it could also develop bad breath. Diseases such as cancer, infections too from tooth removal after surgery or sore mouth might cause that too.
In some cases, when you take treatment or medication, some of the drugs ingested sometimes releases chemicals that can be passed to your breath to cause bad breath.
So how do I stop or control this Bad Breath/Mouth Odor

Por ello debemos cepillarnos los dientes después de cada comida y antes de acostarnos a dormir. Ver bien la comida que ingerimos puesto que, eso también influye mucho en el mal aliento.
