Most of the organisational part of the tournaments are handled on https://challonge.com/ - you have to create an account and can then attend the tournaments (sign-up, register, report results, entire list of your tournaments and see the tournament tree in real time progress).

The discussions around the tournaments are mainly discussed on discord. This is until the tourneys are integrated into Steemmonsters UI as far as I know.
