Hi Karen, new Gold Foil Legends are generated randomly if someone is buying new booster packs. The drop ratio is around 1:10000, so in average around every 2000 sold booster packs a new Gold Foil Legend should be generated. As far as I understood discord comments from @aggroed the sale of the current alpha booster packs will end in October or is capped at 300.000 packs. As long as these alpha booster packs are being sold, we should see new Gold Foil Legends.

It looks like if there are only 85 cards in the deck and 85 are sold there are no more to get , unless we buy from someone else.
