For games I don't know, I check other people's playthroughs to find out if the games would be something I'd like. For games I know, I prefer watching playthroughs by people that have never played those games before, to see their reactions to what happens in the games. Then there are also games I've played only in English, and watch the Japanese playthroughs because I'm curious to know how the games are in Japanese.
