Despite the fact alpha card prices are more expensive than beta cards it's still worth to buy alpha cards because of the advantages of owning alpha cards you can have. It takes less cards to level up alpha cards and alpha cards supply is way less than beta cards which makes alpha cards more scarce. Also there are steemmonsters sponsored tournaments where only alpha cards can be used which makes alpha cards more valuable.
