It is now maxed out. I just had one more card to go and finally took care of that this morning. Funny story, I didn't have quite enough Steem, so I went over to Magic Dice and played until I had enough for the one card. It didn't take long.
Now he retaliates, on top of all of the other cool shit he does.
I'm not sure, but I think I'll have to get back to the Diamond Leagues before I can actually use this card in battle.
