Why is Xander Foxwood so expensive?

I know he's and "epic" summoner, that's cool, but why is this card almost $2.00? That seems unusually high. Any ideas?

His Stats are So So

I suppose it's a pretty rare card, having less than 900 existing, but still... who can justify $2.00 for a single card?
