Splinterlands

As many of you know Splinterlands (also known as Steemmonsters) has launched a Kickstarter to promote their physical items and new card edition UNTAMED.

You can get some cool items in this Kickstarter such as Stickers, Tee-Shirts, An Encyclopedia and much more! If you're not interested in the physical side of things there's also a digital only package. Of course you will need a credit card to purchase anything from Kickstarter which is why the founders of Steemmonsters (Splinterlands) have also launched a Fundition campaign (Digital Only Tier).

What is Kickstarter?

Kickstarter exists to help bring creative projects to life. A home for film, music, art, theater, games, comics, design, photography, and more. Interested parties invest or donate money to help a project succeed via the website. Sometimes said investors get perks for doing so.

Fundition is similar to Kickstarter and is used as a place to seek funding for various project. None of that useless fiat is needed here as you pay with your cryptocurrency.

What is Splinterlands?

You can also buy pre-sale UNTAMED booster packs directly from the official Steemmonsters/Splinterlands site. Doing so does come with its perks as the Splinterlands founders decided to do multiple airdrops for those who purchase these boosters. The airdrops are set up in such a way that it gives early purchasers the best chance at the most airdrops.

Everyone who participates in the Kickstarter or Fundition gets included in all 14 airdrops. This is important to note as its likely by the time you read this we would have already unlocked the first character. This means that if you buy the presale packs directly from the site after 100,000 UNTAMED boosters have been sold those packs won't count towards the first airdrop BUT they will count towards every airdrop thereafter.

If you plan on buying packs, doing so via the Fundition/Kickstarter campaigns will guarantee you to be included in the most amount of airdrops possible.
