End of season rewards 2

Here's the other rewards I forgot to post to close out season 2. Is anyone else having some trouble accessing the website? I can't seem to get on at all. That is rather unfortunate because I have some catching up to do on the rankings. I'd like to try to hit silver as soon as I can this season and unfortunately I have a pretty long way to go still.
