Finally Rusty Android went up from 2 cent to 3 cent after a long time. Now you can't see common reward cards at 2 cent. Most undervalued cards right now are Mushroom Seer, Hobgoblin and Flame Imp.
Most overvalued cards are Undead Minotaur and Sea Monster.
