Analysis of the reward cards: Blue

The season ended for me this time with some interesting results, I managed to get into Diamond I which is not a bad thing, although the precedent seasons did a better performance I do realize that many players are investing on the game a lot more that what I'm doing. Anyways was imho a decent classification for my lvl5 white team or the Daria at lvl5.

This time we will analyze the blue slinter that has very interesting options in this set of new cards:

Sea monster:

It's a very nice tank for blue in high mana capacity games, with heal and thorns can be really annoying to the slinters that play a lot with melee like red or green, if its combined with the Crustacean king can be a very tough one to kill.

This card its already seeing some play in low levels of the card that shows it's functionality. Can be useful also in some specific formats like super sneak or even back to basics.

Sea genie:

Another great magic monster for blue, there are so many copies right now that this cards its selled as low as 0.02$, my recommendation about it is to buy and hodl this card. It has a lot of play in blue and the ability of strenghen is very powerful in a generally low health team. Is one of the best common cards of the reward set imo.

Pirate archer:

Another very nice card for blue that has a lot of play with only 2 mana cost this card can be really annoying for the rival, is good even in the lower levels of the card. It's a great combination with Selenia, blue had some nice lowed cost creatures but now with more alternatives is a more competitive splinter in the lower mana cap games.

Ruler of the seas:

I talked about this legendary card in an article questioning if some reward cards are OP, this one isn't imo in that condition of over powered but yes is a very nice card, fragile against magic reflect but demolishing against unprepared teams. With this guy blue can do a very magic intensive team and meanwhile can make weaker the enemy's magic.

Maybe for these reasons is the most desired legendary of the set competing with the Black dragon.
