Hi Lynn. That is so sweet of you to say. Only reason I wanted to write this story is because of the song. I thought it fit the story line perfectly. I had the thoughts in my mind for a week now but not one word made sense when I tried to write. For some reason, the story came along today. Probably my one and only time writing fiction. It was fun!
Life is busy as always, but well. I hope you both are doing well! Enjoy the beautiful ocean for me. :)
That's the way writing fiction works. You don't decide to write, it decides for you :)
Glad you're well, of course you're busy as usual :) We are hanging in there as best as possible! It's been raining for 4+ days here straight, so the ocean is an already distant memory :) Have you opened your pool yet? Believe it or not, but I'm envious of that!
Aww, well the sun will shine in no time at all and you guys can enjoy the beachy shores soon. No, we haven’t opened the pool yet but will do so in a week or two. The girls are throwing a bachelorette party for the my cousin and I offered our place as the pool party venue. That’s in a couple weeks so lots of renovating to finish at the home before they come over.
Hope the sun shines today and you can go out for some sand and fun!
That sounds really nice @beeyou, but of course it comes with a little added work for you, or maybe just the incentive to finally get things done 😂 It's raining here again and there's been no break in it and no break in the near future if the weather reports are to be believed. Ah well, this too shall pass :)
