Steem Monsters Pack Opening Series - Booster Pack 1
I'm starting a new series to reveal the true open rates of Steem Monsters Booster Packs, because people usually just post the good stuff which leads to massive disappointment when you just get a RARE and 4 COMMONS (Standard Pack).
Each day in this series I'll open a single pack, and make a nice gif so you can experience the fun too and then keep a tally of the card costs.
My assumption is it's cheaper to buy the cards you need in the Peakmonsters marketplace but I could be wrong.
So let's begin...

Fire Bettle - $0.04
Skeleton Assassin - $0.05
Haunted Spirit [RARE] - $0.07

Balance - $1.73 [LOSS]
Assumptions: Card values never rise, but we all know this isn't going to be the case. However, documenting this means I can come back later and review the old prices.
Best Card: Haunted Spirit
Conclusion: Getting two RARES in a single booster is certainly better than one but this isn't off to a great start. Hopefully, tomorrow my 'luck' improves ;-)

Yeah, just seen that and was wondering if there was a way I could incorporate your game, but to be honest, I'm working towards a Maverick status, so buying from you wouldn't work.
This is a great write up. I thought about doing something similar to this.

But it might be scary, as I think unless you get a gold epic or better relatively quickly - with current market prices of cards that loss balance will get grow.
