Steem Monsters New Season Reward Card Review - Sea Monster
In this series I'm taking a look at the new Beta Rewards Cards that you can add to your Steem Monsters collection, just for playing Steem Monsters
Sea Monster
And you thought the Flesh Golem was good, wait until you level up this bad boy.
At level 6 the Sea Monster attacks with 5 and also retaliates with another 2. Then licks it's wounds and recharges to go again.
And with The Crusty King (Crustacean King) providing another source of tank heal it turns out he's quite difficult to stop.
Summoning Cost = 8
The only downside to playing this card is the high mana cost, as he's one of the most mana expensive cards to play. But with an attack of 5 and 12 health he's quite the beast when fully maxed.
However, he's also just as good at level 1 too, being the strongest self-healer available at that level.
The one downside is he's really slow, and will have to take the full force of the opposite team before he gets to regenerate. Even the Crusty King can't save him as he's cursed with a level 1 speed too.
Fortunately, the drop rate is quite generous for this Sea Monster, but you'll want to buy more, to get him leveled up fast.
Team Placement: Frontline
Price = $0.07 (decent price for a solid common)
Recommendation: BUY
Comparable Card: Flesh Golem
Yeah I got this guy.... very handy to have in the water splinter!!!
