I have currently the Legendary potion on and have only received only 1 legendary card so far . At the moment I have 430 charges left. Having both takes time and also it depends on how many promo/gold cards you own.

What potion level did you get?
I bought the +100% one . Did cost a lot
I think they're best when opening alpha and beta packs.
When it comes to Reward cards there's a limited amount of legendary cards while Beta legendary cards are at least twice as many.
Most importantly, beta packs include legendary summoners. Oh and these don't work with alphas.
Well ,that also . Since you have a bigger variety in legendary cards you also have better chances of obtaining one from Beta Cards or Orbs.
They don't work for orbs either. Just beta and rewards. But legendaries from beta are amazing.
