Steem Monster Investing 101: The Beginning
Steem Monster - you've seen the posts, you've heard the hype and you want to try your luck at making a few bucks on cards that exist only online. The first step is go slow, don't spent your rent money on 500 packs hoping you'll make enough to buy a house in 2 weeks. A pack will cost you $2.00 and most of the time have less than $1.20 in card value in them, sometime more and sometimes less.
Where is the value? Since Steem Monsters is so new and games haven't even started yet that's hard to answer. With current values it seems gold legendary cards are the top dogs but they are also very hard to pull. So how can one invest without breaking the bank? The answer is SLOWLY. Buy a few packs, read some of the excellent posts about Steem Monsters and just enjoy the game. Don't worry about the investing part at first as you just might ruin the game for you.
Once games begin in about a week we will start to see where things will go. Until next time have fun and good luck with your Steem Monster battles (unless you're up against me LOL).
