Steem Monsters Journal: Will Users Come Back Now?
While I have little doubt that Steem Monsters will continue to onboard more users regardless of a zero-sum game for attention within the niche crypto community, the reality is that the game does have to compete for user time when it comes to the other games budding on STEEM.
One of the more popular games of late that has been eating up some of that gaming time has been the ever so popular Drug Wars. BUT with the reward pool beginning to show signs of capitulation as less and less people spend to buy advancements, will the Drug Wars bubble lead to more attention being diverted back to Steem Monsters?
Steem Monsters does appear to have a more enduring gaming model, so I believe this to be more likely than not. Additionally with new features yet to come, we can hope and expect for Matt to help give SM a big boost for attention in the months to come.
