Why pay for a useless steem account even with SteemMonsters cards! The guy can recover the account after your pay and scam you. ;)

I haven't looked into it, but I think the user is selling the collection, not the account. They'd gift the cards to your Steem account.
I think the guy is better to sell the cards manually on the internal market!
