Greetings, Steemland!

It appears we've done it. We've made it through another year. Perhaps not unscathed, but all wounds heal.😉 There's been many an up and down, yet we're all still here... well, a lot of us. And now, together we brave the vast unknown of 2019. What treats and trials are in store for us? Who knows? But, we've not gotten off the ride yet... might as well stay a while...

and play Steem Monsters!

For real though. Tournaments are a thing now. And you can challenge whoever you want, using whatever cards you want and wager anything you want! It feels a little life-changing. 🤩 Tournaments only began a few days ago... a week... 🤔 anyway... There was a doozy of a tournament sponsored by @berniesanders and run by @aggroed, himself. After all was said and done 2500 STEEM went out in prizes. Like whoa. That's some generous sponsoring. Fair warning: my prize pools are not ... quite that. 😎

Now... about my little ol' tournament...

First, it's little. I know. It's "My First Time". I have been participating and watching a lot of the other tournaments, seeing what works and what doesn't... and I think I'm probably overly prepared, but no doubt missing something. 😏 I'll do my best, which should be pretty alright. 😍

This tournament is partially sponsored by @steemmonsters and myself. So... thank them whenever you get the chance. 😍 Once this goes off without a hitch I'll be scheduling several a week with differing prize pools and maybe even a sponsor or two.
